INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 PIZZA BASE
  2. PIZZA TOMATO TOPPING
  3. MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  4. VEGETABLES:- ONION, ARUGULA LEAVES
  5. GARLIC
  6. WALNUTS, HALVED
  7. OREGANO AND CHILLI FLAKES

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Stretch dough ball as per instructions on the bag
  3. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat
  4. Add the onions and garlic, saute until softened, 3 – 4 minutes
  5. Add the brandy and saute until evaporated, 2 – 3 minutes
  6. Stir in cream and simmer for 2 minutes
  7. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat
  8. Thinly slice the apples and brush with the lemon juice
  9. Spread the onion mixture over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border all around
  10. Top with Fontina, mozzarella, and apples
  11. Season with salt, pepper, and walnuts
  12. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, until the crust, is crisp and golden brown, and cheeses are bubbling and beginning to brown
  13. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!
